How it Works
Step 1 : Enable default Discount Option. Enable Automatic Approval Notification Email to send and receive Email Notifications. Define the Discount Percentage for Sales Person Max Discount % and Sales Manager Max Discount %.
Step 2 : Map the Team Leader / Approver in sales team.
Step 3 : Create a Quotation. Enter the Discount and Click on ‘Apply Discount’. Once Clicked, The discount % will be applied to the line items. If the given Discount Percentage is below and equal to the limit defined You can directly confirm the Sales Order.
Step 4 : If the given Discount percentage is greater than the limit defined, You have to ask for approval to the team leader. Click on ‘Ask for Discount Approval’.
Step 5 : Once ‘Ask for Discount Approval’ is clicked it sends email notifications to the approver.
Step 6 : Once approved by the approver, Sales Person can confirm the sale. If rejected an email notification will be sent to the Sales Person.
